Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and price on consumer satisfaction Boss Pempek Randusari, Boyolali. This type of research is included in quantitative research. The subject of this research is the general public of Boyolali who buy at Boss Pempek Randusari. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling and the type of sampling is purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The variables used in this study include two variables, namely the dependent variable (Y) and the independent variable (X). The dependent variable in this study is customer satisfaction. While in this study there are three independent variables, namely product quality, service quality and price. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression, while the data processing uses the IBM SPSS 26 program. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that product quality had no significant effect on consumer satisfaction at BossPempek Randusari. Service quality and price significantly influence consumer satisfaction Boss Pempek Randusari. Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, Price, and Consumer Satisfaction
