Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the financial performance of Bank Jabar Banten Syariah before and after spin-off. Financial ratios used are Finance to Deposite Ratio (FDR), Return on Assets (ROA),and Operating Expenses Ratio (OER). This study used data quarterly report Bank Jabar Banten Syariah 2007-2010 for before spin-off and 2010-2013 for after spin-off. Data analysis technique used is Comparative, previously performed by Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test, because the result is that the data are normally distributed, then the hypothesis test used is Paired Sample T-Test with α=5%. The result showed difference FDR, ROA, and BOPO before and after spin-off. Keyword: FDR, ROA, BOPO, Spin-Off.
