Abstract

ABSTRACT FINGER PRINT MANAGEMENT AND WORK MOTIVATION TOWARD IMPROVEMENT OF TEACHER PERFORMANCE at MTsN Gemolong SRAGEN This study aims at: 1) determining the relationship between management finger print on teacher performance at MTsN Gemolong Sragen, 2) determining the relationship between motivations to work on teacher performance at MTsN Gemolong Sragen, and 3) determining the relationship between management and employee motivation finger print on teacher performance at MTsN Gemolong Sragen. This research applied quantitative correlational methods. This research was conducted at MTsN Gemolong Sragen in February-April 2015. The study population was teachers at MTs Gemolong Sragen numbering 33 people taken by total sampling technique. Data collection instruments used questionnaires. Validity test results management finger print variable were ranging from 0.346 to 0.656, work motivation variable was between 0.366 to 0.631, and the variable performance of teachers was between 0.395 to 0.616. Finger print management questionnaire reliability of 0.907, 0.888 of work motivation questionnaire, and 0,887 questionnaires for teacher performance. Analysis techniques used test requirements analysis, regression analysis, t-test, F, R2 test and correlation test. The results show that: (1) there is a relationship management variables finger print with teacher performance. It can be seen from the correlation value of 0.711 and p-value of 0.000. (2) There relationship between work motivation with teacher performance. It can be seen from the correlation value of 0.712 and p-value of 0.000. (3) There is a relationship together finger print management and motivation to work with the teacher's performance. The regression equation obtains Y = 0.970 + 0,387X1 + 0,425X2 + e, that the variables X1 and X2 contribute positively. From the F test, the Fvalue is 21.997 and p-value is 0.000, so significant.
