Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to analyse the effect of organisation culture, organisation commitment, work compensation and work discipline to employee’s performance of CV. Indomachine Makmur Abadi. The population in this study was all of CV. Indomachine Makmur Abadi employees were taking by saturated sampling so obtained sampel of 45 employees. The research variable was using two variables: dependent and independent variables. The dependent variable (y) in this study was employee’s performance. The independent variable (x) include: organisation culture (x1), organisation commitment (x2) work compensation (x3) and work discipline (x4). This research represents quantitative research. The method of data analysis was using multippled regression linear analysis. As for data processing was using SPSS for Windows Release 20.0. The research result shows that partially the organisation culture, organisation commitment, work compensation and work discipline variable have an effect which significant to employees performance of CV. Indomachine Makmur Abadi. The analysis result knowned that organisation culture ariable having efect more dominant compared than organisation commitment, work compensation and work discipline variable to employees performance. Keyword: organisation culture, organisation commitment, work compensation, work discipline, employee’s performance ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, kompensasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Indomachine Makmur Abadi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Indomachine Makmur Abadi yang diambil secara sampling jenuh sehingga diperoleh sampel penelitian 45 karyawan. Variabel penelitian menggunakan dua variabel yaitu variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Variabel dependen (y) dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan. Variabel independen (x) meliputi: budaya organisasi (x1), komitmen organisasi (x2), kompensasi kerja (x3) dan disiplin kerja (x4). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS for windows release 20.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, kompensasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Indomachine Makmur Abadi. Hasil analisis diketahui budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh lebih dominan dibandingkan komitmen organisasi, kompensasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
