The objectives of this research is to know the significant differences of students pronunciation between the students those taught by using Digital Cambridge Dictionary and those taught by using Manual Dictionary at the seventh grade of MTs Negeri Sukoharjo in the academic year of 2017/2018. This is an Experimental Research. The research was carried out at MTs Negeri Sukoharjo from July until September 2017, the researcher takes the data from the first semester students VII A and VII B as the sample of the research. The class VII A as experimental group and VII B as control group. Each class consists of 30 students. Dealing with the research instrument of collecting the data, the researcher uses a test. The test consists of pre-test and post-test. It was conducted before and after treatment. To analyze the data, the researcher using the t-test with significance level α = 0.05 to know there is a significant difference of students pronunciation. The result of the research leads to the conclusion that, there is significant difference of the students‟s pronunciation between those taught by using Digital Cambridge Dictionary and those taught by using Manual Dictionary. It can be proved from the score result of t-test (12.326) which is higher than t-table (2.021). The students‟ score those taught by using Digital Cambridge Dictionary (83.93) is higher than the students those taught by using Manual Dictionary (75.27). It means that the students those taught by using Digital Cambridge Dictionary have better pronunciation than the students those taught by using Manual Dictionary.
