Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know relational benefits relation on customer loyalty of XL Axiata user in IAIN Surakarta. the technique in sampling is random sampling by using cluster sampling method with 120 respondents XL Axiata user. This research uses two variables namely endogenous variable and exogenous variable. Endogenous variables are customer loyalty. Exogenous variables are relational benefits that have three elements in it namely confidence benefits, social benefits, and special treatment benefits. The method used is quantitative research method. The analysis data used is Multiple Regression with IBM Statistic SPSS version 20. The results showed that all relationships had a positive positive effect. Confidence benefits significantly affect customer loyalty, social benefits significantly affect customer loyalty, and special treatment benefits also positively affect customer loyalty.
