Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention mediated by organizational commitment at SFA Steak & Resto. The population in this study are employees of SFA Steak & Resto. The sampling method was random sampling and 69 respondents were used. This research variable uses three variables, namely job satisfaction, internet turnover, and organizational commitment. For the dependent variable (Y) of this study is turnover intention. For independent variables (X) namely job satisfaction. And for intervening variable (Z) is organizational commitment. This research uses quantitative research methods. For data analysis method using SPSS method. As for processing data using the SPSS 23.00 program for Windows. The results showed that: job satisfaction had no significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment also significantly influences turnover intention. And organizational commitment cannot be an intervening variable, the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention.
