Abstract

MUSLIHATUL ARIFAH, NIM: 13.12.11.011. The Strategy of Community Communication Ketimbang Ngemis Solo Through Instagram to get Society Empathy Of Solo. Thesis, The Communications and Islam Transmission major. Ushuluddin and Religious Proseliytizing Faculty. The State of Islamic Institute of Surakarta 2017. This research is based on the use of Instagram to invite Solo of society empathy. Ketimbang Ngemis Solo community be opting instagram as the media of communication than others. The careless or the low of emphaty from someone is related with the loudable characteristic that is recomended in Islam. Therefore, the writer is interseted in observing what strategies communication are used. The purpose of this research is to describe how the strategy of community communication “Ketimbang Ngemis Solo” through instagram to get Solo of society emphaty. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive method, by doing the direct observation, in-observation, describe and serve the fact of range. The tecnique of analizing the data by explaining the results of interviews. The aspects that was observed about the used of Instagram as the media of communication to get Solo of society emphaty. The result of this research is the strategy of communication that did by Ketimbang Ngemis Solo community through Instagram. The strategy that is do by Ketimbang Ngemis Solo community in line with the theory of Onong Uchyana Effendi. It is for the step about identified the communication target, choosing the media of communication, observing the aim of communication, and communicator character in communication. Ketimbang Ngemis Solo identified their targets that is the follower who lived in Solo. Choosing Instagram media by looking the caption, selection of picture and timing used. In addition, the publication of activity information and activity report. The interpretation of aim in communication message by persuasive technique with inseting motivation words in caption. The communicator role in communication as Instagram official who have interesting caption and having the credibility as believable community for follower or donatory.
