Abstract

ABSTRACT Managerial Coaching has been highlighted by many scholars and professionals over the years. Because of its importance to the organization, Managerial Coaching is still an important topic for academic debate and discussion. This study aims to examine the effect of Managerial coaching Behaviors on the performance of nurses with mediation of role clarity. This study is a quantitative study that is descriptive with a sample of Karanganyar hospital nurses, 120 nurses. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with criteria that have been working 1 (one) year. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis models (path analysis). The results of this study indicate that Managerial Coaching Behaviors significantly influence the clarity of the role and performance of nurses RSUD Karanganyar, at the same time also found that the clarity of the role have a significant effect on the performance of nurses Karanganyar General Hospital. It was also identified that the role clarity was able to mediate managerial caching behaviors on the performance of caretakers of Karanganyar General Hospital.
