Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain information about 1) Management Learning Strategy Methods Drill Teacher Students Study Al-Qur'an Hadits Students VII Classes In MTs Country Claten Year 2016/2017. 2) Obstacles and solution isManagement Learning Strategy Methods Drill Teacher Students Study Al-Qur'an Hadits Students VII Classes In MTs Country Claten Year 2016/2017. This research approach uses qualitative descriptive research. Research In MTs Country Claten conducted at Juli – Agustus 2017. Subject of teacher in Al Quran Hadits, students, vice principals of the curriculum field, and school supervisors. Data collection techniques: observation, interview and documentation. Data validity techniques use triaggulation of sources. Data analysis techniques use interactive at star is methods, data collection, data presentation, data reduction and conclusion. The results reveal the Management Learning Strategy Methods Drill Teacher Students Study Al-Qur'an Hadits Students VII Classes In MTs Country Claten Year 2017 which is done 1) by planning; by preparing lesson plans, the selection of methods used in Al-qur'an Hadith learning that is lecture method, discussion, question and answer and assignment. a) Organizing: MTs Negeri Klaten always coordinates or regular school meetings related to the improvement of student achievement and discussion of fellow teachers looking for solutions problems in the classroom, as well as principals and supervisors. b) Implementation: customized curriculum standards, addition of materials, propositions and drawings. delivered students, so that students have a broader understanding. 2) Supervision; conducted by the principal and supervisors on a monthly schedule. Obstacles, (A) lack of awareness of students about the importance of Al-Qur'an Hadits, (B) lack of motivation, (C)limited material, (4) limited time availability. External factors are: (1) family environment (2) school environment. 3) Solutions; (a) students realize the importance of Al-Qur'an Hadits, (b). additional time (c). parents motivator (d). infrastructure, (e) family environmentCooperation....................................................
