Abstract

The purposes of this research are to determine 1) the correlation between spiritual intelligence and learning achievement of Islamic Education, 2) the correlation between learning motivation and learning achievement of Islamic Education, 3) the correlation between students‟ learning management and learning achievement of Islamic Education, 4) the correlation of spiritual intelligence and learning motivation on learning achievement of Islamic Education, 5) the correlation of spiritual intelligence and learning management on learning achievement of Islamic Education, 6) the correlation of learning motivation and learning management on learning achievement of Islamic Education, 7) the correlation of spiritual intelligence and learning motivation on learning achievement of Islamic Education. This research was co-relational quantitative research conducted at State Junior High School 2 (SMP N) of Manisrenggo from April to June 2018. Population of this research was 258 students and 157 students as sample of this research. Technique of collecting data used questionnaire and test. Test of questionnaire validity used validity technique and reliability test. Technique of data analysis applied multiple correlation. The result of this research shows that 1) there is positive correlation between spiritual intelligence and learning achievement of Islamic Education with rx1y 0,.638. It means 0.638>0.159, so robserved > rtable, ha is accepted. 2) There is correlation between learning motivation (X2) and learning achievement of Islamic Education (Y) with rx2y 0.657. It means 0.657>0.159, so robserved > rtable, ha is accepted. 3) There is correlation between learning management (X3) and learning achievement of Islamic Education (Y) with rx3y 0.667. It means 0.667>0.159, so robserved > rtable, ha is accepted. 4) There is correlation of spiritual intelligence (X1) and learning motivation (X2) on learning achievement of Islamic Education (Y). The value of Fobserved = 26.125 > 4.15 (Ftable). ha is accepted. 5) There is correlation of spiritual intelligence (X1) and leaning management (X3) on learning achievement of Islamic Education (Y). The value of Ftable = 28.882 > 4.15 (Ftable), ha is accepted. 6) There is correlation of learning motivation (X2) and learning management (X3) on learning achievement of Islamic Education (Y). The value of Fobserved = 34.110> 4.15 (Ftable). 7) There is correlation of spiritual intelligence (X1), learning motivation (X2) and learning management (X3) on learning achievement of Islamic Education (Y).
