Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Job Stress on Employee Performance Happy Tuti Catering. The population in this research is male waiter who work in service department at Happy Tuti Catering, the sample taken from this research is 80 respondents. Sampling in this peneletian using simple random sampling method. Variable in this research use two variable that is independent variable and dependent variable. For the independent variable (X1) is Work Discipline, (X2) is Work Motivation, and (X3) is Working Stress, while the dependent variable (Y) is Employee Performance. The method in this research is using Quantitative method, for data analysis method using Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS (statistical package for social science) for windows version. 23 Based on the results of the analysis, this study concluded that, (1) Work discipline has a regression coefficient of 0.283, with t count of 2.356 and significance value of 0.021. Because the value of t count> ttable and significance value less than 0.05, then the work discipline variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) Work motivation has a regression coefficient of 0.385, with t count of 5.218 and a significance value of 0.000. Because tcount> ttable and significance value less than 0.05, then the variable of work motivation have positive and significant effect to employee performance. (3) Work stress has a regression coefficient of -0.249, with tcount of -3, 368 and significance value 0.001. Because tcount> ttable and significance value less than 0.05, then the job stress variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.
