Abstract

ABSTRAK The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction on online taxi transport Go Car. The data used in this study is a questionnaire about service quality and customer satisfaction. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. This research variable use two variable that is dependent and independent variable. Dependent variable (y) from this research is consumer satisfaction. For independent variables (x) include: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty. The research method used is quantitative research method. For analytical method using Multiple Linear Regression method.While to process data using SPSS program for Windows Release 18.00. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the independent variables (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty) affect the customer satisfaction. Individually tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variable have positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction.
