Abstract

ABSTRACT Using quantitative research to test the hypothesis is there any influence between organizational support variables on self efficacy, feminism perception variables on self efficacy, organizational support variables and feminism perceptions of performance, and self efficacy variables on performance. Research data was collected through questionnaires distributed in Klaten district. Then analyzed using simple linear regression statistics using path path analysis with sobel formula and SPSS 20.0 for Windows data processing applications. For testing data analysis using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, f test, path path analysis test with sobel formula and t test. Based on the results of the study it is known that the variables of organizational support obtained by the value of t count = 3.273 and the probability of 0.001, this means 3.273> 1.661 and 0.001 <0.05. Thus, organizational support influences and significantly affects self efficacy. the perception of feminism obtained the value of t count = 7.878 and a probability of 0.000 This means 7.878> 1.661 and 0.000> 0.05. Thus, the perception of feminism has a significant and significant effect on self efficacy. Organizational support is obtained from tcount = 0.332 and a probability of 0.152, this means 0.332 <1.661 and 0.152> 0.05. Thus, organizational support has no effect and is not significant on performance. the perception of feminism obtained the value of t count = 7.251 and the probability of 0.803 This means 7.251> 1.661 and 0.803> 0.05. Thus, the perception of feminism has no effect and is not significant on performance variables. self efficacy is obtained by the value of t count = 3.621 and the probability is 0.000 This means that 3.621> 1.661 and 0.000> 0.05. Thus, the perception of feminism influences and significantly affects self efficacy. The results of this study are that the role of mediation of self efficacy is very influential because of the encouragement that women can lead a job that has high self efficacy will improve the best possible performance so as to encourage the breakdown of glass ceilings that occur throughout the world including in Indonesia Keywords: Organizational Support, Perception of Feminism, Self Efficacy, Performance, Glass Ceiling
