Abstract

ABTRAK Title : The Management in Perspektif Total Quality Management (TQM) at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Boyolali Academic Year 2010 Author : N G A T I M A N NIM : 26.09.7.3.032 The purpose of the thesis is a research management of MAN 2 Boyolali. The research used perspective Total Quality Management (TQM) and increasing the Quality of religion education at MAN 2 Boyolali. TQM as management approach have orientation quality satisfaction of the customer, the thesis focus on subtansi of activity at MAN 2 Boyolali as educational institutional religion which is a teaching service (curricular and extra curricular) and also administration service. The focus of the thesis is managerial activity for the satisfaction customer external primary and used qualitative and quantitative approach. The location of the research is MAN 2 Boyolali. The subject research are organizer, the structural official, the customer especrally the external customer, that is taken as a sample, (not purposive). More over the research data was collected from observation, documentation, interview and questioner (especially for student). As the result analisis of level explanation is descriptive comparative reality Management of MAN 2 Boyolali with criteria quality data service. The result of the research are : firstly the change of status MAN 2 Boyolali make advantage for the development MAN 2 Boyolali. The fenomena of significant increasing a new student to enter MAN 2 Boyolali. That is better than the condition the student when the status “Filial” with the register a new student under 89 student a year. But, since the status “Negeri” in 1998 the student about 300 student. Secondly, the register have been increasing and the student are not received of MAN 2 Boyolali. The conditions are caused the service in teaching activity (curricular and Extracurricular) and administration service as the believable, assuredness, performance, attention and response. So it’s appear of satisfaction for customer external primary (student). The satisfaction for customer external primary are related with the high quality of the content (subtansi service) and the way of providing. For example : the quality of SDM, room, laboratory workshop that had been a propertied with the student, so it’s caused the optimal teaching-learning. Finally, the recommendation for the teacher and administration are used the princip of total Quality management (TQM) in giving service education for the customers external primary, so it’s fullfil the needed. The library, laboratory workshop, sport and extracurricular activity more complete than before to increase the quality educational service in MAN 2 Boyolali.
