Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to describe the curriculum management of salaf boarding schools to improve the quality of learning of the salaf Hidayatul Mubtadi’in Boarding School Lirboyo, Mojoroto, Kediri, East Java. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. A study in salaf Hidayatul Mubtadi’in Boarding School Mojoroto Village, District Lirboyo, Kediri East Java. The Implementation research for four months starting from Mei until July 2014. The subject of research is the boarding caratekers, chairman of the Madrasah Diniyah , chairman of the boarding, and the teachers. While this informant research is BPK-P2L (Prosperity Supervisor Council of Boarding School Lirboyo) and head of the curriculum. Where as the technical validity of the data using the method of triangulation and the data source. Data analisis tecniques has used interactive model consits of collection data, presentation, reduction and verification. The result of the research has described the management of curriculum conducted by boarding schools in improving the quality is. a) curriculum program was conducted by BPK-P2L with the caretaker of the madrasah diniyah with a based on rules analiyze the needs of the students and accepts the proposal. b). implementations classes was conducted by the teachers. c). surveillance program was conducted by the caretaker of boarding school. d). evaluation of program and curriculum implementation was carried out by BPK-P2L. curriculum management Hidayatul Mubatadi’in boarding schools in improving the quality and generating the output quality can be seen from planning activities, learning, and evaluation.
