Abstract

ABSTRACT TEACHER LEADERSHIP IN STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT THROUGH INCREASED IN METODE ROTE MADRASAH DINIYAH AL-MA’RUF AIRPORT CITY LOR KEDIRI JATIM (Mujiburrohman, S.Pd.I) Implementation of education in Indonesia is the responsibility of all components of the Indonesian nation. In the implementation community were involved in the effort to make the life of this nation, both in terms of material and moral, educational process is believed by education experts as an attempt to humanize humans. That is, helping people in the process of becoming a real human being. Efforts are made with full awareness and planning, to achieve its intended purpose. The success of an educational process is determined by the executive education itself, namely teachers. For teachers who have a significant role in the educational process. Teachers as implementers of education, has a very central position and strategic, because it lies in the hands of teachers is the likelihood of success or failure of educational achievement in schools. This research is qualitative research. The research was conducted at the Madrasah Al-Ma diniyah, Äôruf Kadiri town. Subjects were students or Students. while the informant is the representative head of Madrasah, teachers, staff. Abservasi data collection methods, interviews, documentation. Validity of data using techniques triagulasi. The analysis of data using an interactive model that includes data collection, redukasi data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study were: (1) The method of memorizing in Diniyah Madrasah Al-Ma, Äôruf Bandar Kediri Lor was a religious teacher told the students to memorize the sciences tools and materials associated with al-Qur, Äôan, such as nadzoman, imrithi , juz amma, tahlil and do, aoa-do, aoa everyday. (2) Achievement Diniyah students at Madrasah Al-Ma, Äôruf Bandar Lor Kediri was classified as good, this is evidenced by the value of report cards with the red value categories 0-50, 50-60 less, enough 60-75, 75-85 good, 85-100 is very good. Almost all learners can achieve the 95% who studied at Madrasah Al-Ma Diniyah, Äôruf Bandar Lor Kediri. But most importantly the students can apply their knowledge in the midst of society. (3) Leadership cleric in increasing achievement Diniyah students at Madrasah Al-Ma, Äôruf Bandar Lor Kediri namely by determining the objectives to be achieved, choosing the material taught and determine what is taught and choosing the appropriate method. By doing that all teachers will be able to master the class well.
