Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of thisstudy was to analyse the influence of Islam product attributes, customer religious commitment, service quality and customer trust on customer satisfaction of KJKS BMT Dana MuliaMangu. This research represent quantitatve research with population was all of KJKS BMT Dana MuliaMangu customers. The sampling technique was using accidental sampling so obtained sampleof85 respondents. The dependent variable (y) in this study is customer satisfaction. The independent variable (x) include: Islam product attributes (x1),customer religious commitment(x2), service quality (x3), andcustomer trust (x4). The data analysismethod was using multippled regression linear analysis. As for data processing was using SPSS for Windows Release 20.0. The result showed was indicating that there were influence significantbetween Islam product attributes, customer religious commitment, service quality and customer trust on customer satisfaction of KJKS BMT Dana MuliaManguas partially. The result of analysis known that customer trust variable have the influence more dominant compared than Islam product attributes, customer religious commitment, service quality on customer satisfaction. Keyword: Islam product attributes, customer religious commitment, service quality, customer trust, customer satisfaction ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk islam, komitmen agama, kualitas jasa, dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan nasabah KJKS BMT Dana Mulia Mangu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi adalah semua nasabah KJKS BMT Dana Mulia Mangu.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 85 responden. Variabel independen (y) dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan nasabah.Variabel independen (x) meliputi: atribut produk islam (x1), komitmen agama (x2), kualitas jasa (x3), dan kepercayaan (x4). Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS for windows release 20.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan atribut produk islam, komitmen agama, kualitas jasa dan kepercayaan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan nasabah KJKS BMT Dana Mulia Mangu. Hasil analisis diketahui variabel kepercayaan mempunyai pengaruh lebih dominan dibandingkan variabel atribut produk islam, komitmen agama dan kualitas jasa terhadap kepuasan nasabah.
