Abstract

ABSTACT The purpose of this study is to know the: (1) Forms of Educational Innovation in learning the Qur'an in the LTQ An-Nashru Panularan Surakarta. (2) Implementation of Education Innovation in the learning Qur'an at LTQ An-Nashru Panularan Surakarta. Researchers used the methods of descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at LTQ An-Nashru Panularan Surakarta. The subjects in this study were institutional leaders, instructors, participants and employees. The informants in this study were the teachers/instructor, participants’ tahsin and employees. Data collection techniques in this study used method of interview, observation, and documentation. The techniques of validity test used the method of triangulation with sources and methods. Data analysis techniques were Display (presentation of data) and Conclusion Drawing. The Results of data analysis indicate the forms of innovation that has been conducted by LTQ An-Nashru are: (1) the planning stages of learning, such as the management of participants, instructors, facilities and infrastructure, methods of learning and additional learning programs. (2) In the process of learning are stated as follows; the innovation of learning quantum, competence and contextual. Implementation of innovation in educational Al-Qur'an at LTQ An-Nashru can be known with their leadership efforts to realize the quality of the educational Al-Qur'an over time. The obstacle faced LTQ-Nashru is still a lack of dicipline both instructors and participants. Then the leaders tighten the rules that have been agreed. Another obstacle is the lack of communication between the leadership and instructors, and between the instructors. That is why, the leader open a variety of social media to facilitate communication with the instructor. Key Words: Education Innovation and Learning Qur'an
