Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth, on isiting interest and the impact on visiting decisions. The population in this study were visitors to the Sangiran Purbakala Museum in Sragen Regency. The sampling technique used random sampling and obtained a sample of 100 espondents. This research variable uses three variables: dependent variable, ndependent variable, and mediating variable. The dependent variable (Y) of this udy is the decision to visit. Independent variable (X) electronic word of mouth. The mediation variable is (Z) that is the interest in visiting. The research method used is uantitative methods. For data analysis methods use path analysis and multiple test. Whereas for data processing using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 program. The results of this study indicate that, electronic word of mouth does not affect he decision to visit based on t test (0.764)> (1.988). Visiting interest influenced the isiting decision based on the t test (3,526)> (1,988). Electronic word of mouth ffects the interest of visiting based on the t test (5,241)> (1,988). Electronic word of mouth influences the decision to visit through interest visiting as a mediating ariable based on sobel test (26.3080454993)> (1.988). eywords: electronic word of mouth, visiting interest, and visiting decision.
