Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture, work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable at the Office of Personnel and Human Resource Development District Karanganyar. The population in this study are all employees of the Office of Personnel and Human Resource Development District Karanganyar which amounted to 55 employees. Sampling technique using total sampling and obtained sample research of 53 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS for Windows Release 20.0. Dependent variable (Y) from research conducted is employee performance. Then the independent variable (X) of this research is organizational culture and work motivation, for intervening variable (Z) is job satisfaction. This research method is quantitative method. For data analysis method by using path analysis (path analysis). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (3) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. (4) Work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. (5) Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (6) Organizational culture affects employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. (7) Work motivation affects employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable.
