Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect workload of intention turnover with job stress and burnout variables as mediation in employees P.T. Pan Rama Vista Garment. Population of this research is employees of P.T. Pan Rama Vista Garment. Sample technique used in this research is probability sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling technique. This technique is a sampling technique based on the perspective or strata of employees P.T. Pan Rama Vista Garment. The number of samples determined by 200 respondents consisting of each production section P.T. Pan Rama Vista Garment. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS program version 22.0. This research uses exogenous variable (X) that is work load and endogenous variable (Y) is turnover intention. Both variables are mediated (Z) by job stress and burnout. The method of this research is quantitative research method using SEM analysis. The results of this study indicate that the workload and burnout has no significant effect on turnover intention, workload has a signifikan effect on job stress and burnout, the workload has a significant effect on turnover intention with mediates the effect of workload of turnover intention.
