Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of job stress and work environment onemployees performance with organizational support as an moderating variable case study on CV. Eka Braja Paksi Klaten. Human resources is a resource that is very important in an organization. Organizations can run well, followed by the quality and performance of human resources properly. This study uses research an explanation (explanatory research) using a quantitative approach. This sampling technique used is sampling saturated. Sample used in this research is 64 employees of CV. Eka Braja Paksi. Data collection technique used questionnaires and literature. Data were analyzed used moderated regression analysis with the statistical software IBM SPSS 23.0 for windows. The results showed that the job stress has a significant negative effect on employees performance. Work environment has significant effect on employee performance. Organizational support was succeedto moderate job stress and work environment to employee performance. Keywords: job stress, work environment, organizational support, and employee performance.
