Abstract

Muhammad Sholihin (14.12.21.106), Bimbingan Pribadi Anak Bermasalah Hukum (ABH) Dalam Berinteraksi Sosial Di Balai Pemasyarakatan (BAPAS) Klas II Surakarta, Faculty of Usul al Dawah and the State Islamic Institute, Surakarta, 2018. The child is the next generation of the nation, children who educated properly will create good behaviour anyway, but not all children get a good education, family and environmental influences that cause children do violations of the law and must undergo a process of guidance in Balai Permasyarakatan Surakarta. The result of the unlawful actions then experience the sense of crisis of confidence, ashamed and afraid to interact back in his environment. To help the children interact in the environment of society back then Bapas Surakarta give private tutoring service. Therefore the author wanted to examine how the process of personal guidance to Troubled Children interact socially in the Law in Balai Permasyarakatan Surakarta. This type of research is qualitative, descriptive. Which researchers explain and describe the results. This research uses the taknik data collection in the form of interviews and observations. Methods of data analysis used in this study is the analysis of interactive and the validity of the data using the method of triangular sources. The subjects in the study were chosen by purposive sampling, i.e. civic supervisor and troubled child who was in Balai Permasyarakatan Surakarta. The results of this study indicate that Balai Permasyarakatan Surakarta using personal guidance in helping a troubled client law Karisidenan of Surakarta. In practice: provide advice and the best advice to clients of child bermaslah of the law, there are several stages in the stages of guidance namely, assessment, advanced stage and the final stage. As for the values that must be given in the guidance is religious values, responsibility, independence and social development. To expect from guidance conducted by Bapas Surakarta can help children interact back in the environment of the society, be personally beneficial to new families and the environment.
