Abstract

Turnover intention is one of the biggest problem that must be faced by a company, a company will suffer a financial loss and difficulties as with the high of the company turnover intention. The aim of the research is focused on analyzing the mediation role af the organizational commitment impact through the job stress and job satisfaction toward a turnover intention. Collecting data of research uses a purposive sampling with 100 respondents of Hotel Sahid Jaya Solo employees, and uses a simple random sampling method analyze. Tool used to analyze is path analysis or usually known as SPSS version 22.0 for Windows. Based on the the analysis result, it is found that job satisfaction shows possitive effect toward the organizational commitment, job satisfaction shows negative effect toward turnover intention, organizational commitment shows negative effect toward turnover intention and job satisfaction shows possitive and significant toward turnover intention through organizational commitment. Key Word : Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intention.
