Advisor : Dr. Imroatus Solikhah, M.Pd. Key Words : E-Learning Program, Sekolah TOEFL. This research describes the E-learning components in Budi Waluyos’ Sekolah TOEFL. The problems of this research are what are the e-learning components in Budi Waluyos’ Sekolah TOEFL and what are the strengths and weaknesess of Sekolah TOEFL. The objective studies of this research are describing the online teaching-learning process in Budi Waluyos’ Sekolah TOEFL and knowing the strengths and weaknesses of Budi Waluyo’s Sekolah TOEFL. The researcher uses descriptive qualitative research. The data were collected from interview and documentation. The interview was done by the researcher to the mentor and founder of Sekolah TOEFL and the documentation was done to collect the data. The subject of this research is Sekolah TOEFL. Technique of analyzing data used data reduction, data display, and conclusion. This research used data triangulation to check validity of the data uses Brownn theory. The result of this research shows that the component of e-learning in Sekolah TOEFL are: e-learning system and e-learning content. Sekolah TOEFL uses LMS (Learning Management System) as its e-learning system. The LMS in Sekolah TOEFL includes components as follows: uploading and sharing materials, forums and chats, and quizzes. The strengths of Sekolah TOEFL: Time and place flexibility, free of charge, dynamic learning environment, student elimination. The weaknesses of Sekolah TOEFL: Limited access to technology, less information in joining Sekolah TOEFL
