Abstract

This research aims at describing 1) application of Islamic Education Management Principles on teacher performance, 2) teacher‟s performance culture attitudes, 3) teacher‟s performance culture values at MTsN Mlinjon Klaten in 2017. This research was a qualitative descriptive research conducted at MTsN Mlinjon Klaten from May to June 2017 of academic year 2016/2017. Subject of this research was Principal. Informants were some teachers, staff coordinator. Method of collecting data applied observation, interview, and documentation. Technique of data validity used triangulation of source. Technique of data analysis used interactive model of Milles and Huberman. The results of this research are 1) application of Islamic Education Management Principles on teacher performance has been realized eight principles, 2) teacher‟s performance culture attitudes are : a. commitment on vision, mission, purpose, consistency on regulation implementation, b. authority and responsibility, c. integrity and professionalism, d. leadership and good model, e. good attitude on work performance and environment, f. discipline and obedient, g. fairness and open-minded, h. work facilities and methods, 3) teacher‟s performance culture values include a. integrity, b. professional, c. responsibility, d. innovation, e. model Keywords: Implementation, Principles of Islamic Education Management, Performance culture, Teacher.
