Abstract

ABSTRACT The aims of the research were to find out: 1) learning management ofTahfidzul al-Qur'an, 2) obstacles found in the learning management of TahfidzulQur'an, 3) efforts to give solution overcome barriers to the learning management of Tahfidzul Qur'an learning full day class in Islamic State Junior High School ofNgemplak Boyolali in 2017/2018. This research was a qualitative research conducted at Islamic State JuniorHigh School of Ngemplak Boyolali from September to December 2017. Method of collecting data used observation, interview, and documentation. The subject of this research was the headmaster, while the informants were teacher, stsff and students. Test of data validity used source triangulation. Data analysis used interactive model by Milles and Huberman encompassing data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results of the research showed that: 1) the learning management of tahfidz al-qur'an in the full day class of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Ngemplak Boyolali,was limited to the curriculum development, the creation of new admissions procedures, the division of teaching tasks, the implementation of learning, and the evaluation of memorizatio only.2) Inhibiting factors were the school has not inolve tahfidz teachers in school working plan arrangement, lack of students motivation in memorizing the Qur'an, limitations of the number of teachers, lack of allocation of time in tahfidz al-Quran learning, also there were many students who have not mastered norms in reading the Qur'an, there were many students who have not yet reached thirty juz target 3)to overcome the barriers to the learning management of Tahfidzul Qur'an in full day class at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Ngemplak Boyolali it was recommended to inolve tahfidz teachers in school working plan arrangement, motivate students in memorizing the Qur'an, recruit more ustadz or ustadzah of tahfidzul Qur'an,give an additional allocation of learning time, conduct tahsin Qur'an, and give more oral muroja'ah .
