Pembimbing : Dr. Fetty Ernawati, S. Psi, M.Pd Keywords: Interpersonal Intelligence, Role Playing, Early Childhood Interpersonal intelligence should ideally be developed early. One way to develop interpersonal intelligence in early childhood is through role playing. however, there are still many early childhood education institutions that have not used role playing activities to develop interpersonal intelligence. The aim to be achieved in this study is to know the development of interpersonal intelligence through role playing for early childhood in KB IT Brilliant Sukosari Musuk Boyolali. This research is a qualitative research . This research was held in KB IT Brilliant Sukosari Musuk, Boyolali which was carried out approximately 4 months from the month of September to December 2017. The subject of this study was the teacher of the KB IT Brilliant Sukosari Musuk Boyolali class. While the informants in this study were the chairman of the foundation, the principal, students and parents KB IT Brilliant Sukosari Musuk Boyolali. For data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity techniques used are source triangulation techniques and technical triangulation techniques. For data analysis techniques through interactive analysis techniques namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion. The results showed that KB IT Brilliant Sukosari Musuk Boyolali is very concerned about the development of interpersonal intelligence . It is proven by routine role playing activities. Role play is held every two weeks. The media used is a macro role playing media, such as cooking utensils and various kinds of children's clothing. Steps to play a role that is, the teacher set up a scenario, invites children to understand the scenario, called the boy to run a scenario, every child is in the role of n yes itself while at the role the other, once completed, children are invited to give a conclusion in general, and held joint evaluation Difficulties in the development of interpersonal intelligence through role playing, namely the lack of optimal conditioning of children, takes a long time .
