Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable PT. Colombus Sarana Mandiri Solo Business Unit ". The population in this study were sales employees who worked at PT. Colombus Sarana Mandiri Solo Business Unit. The sampling technique uses Random sampling technique, calculating the sample size using the Slovin formula and obtaining a sample of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using the SPSS for Windows Release 20.0 program. The dependent variable (Y) of this study is Employee Performance. Independent Variables (X) Compensation and Work Environment, Z Variables are Employee Job Satisfaction. This research method is a quantitative research method. For data analysis methods using analysis (multiple regression). The results showed that: (1) Compensation (2) Work Environment had a positive influence on Sales Employee Performance (4) Job satisfaction as an intervening variable also had a positive effect on Sales Employee Performance.
