Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the linkage between innovation and entrepreneurial knowledge on the performance of SMEs culinary creative industries KaranganyarDistrict.Samples taken a number of 100 SMEs culinary creative industries Karanganyar District. The sampling technique using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. In conducting the data process, this research uses SPSS 20 program. This research uses multiple linear analysis. This analysis is used to test the relationship between three or more independent variables with the dependent variable. The results show that the variables of innovation, entrepreneurship knowledge and human resources simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Of the three variables can be expressed partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs culinary creative industries Karanganyar District. The results of this study indicate that the value of determination coefficient (R2) of 0.586 means 58.6%. The performance of SMEs culinary creative industries can be explained by the variables of innovation, entrepreneurial knowledge and human resources. While the remaining 41.4% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results showed that the value of t test analysis for the innovation variables obtained tcount of 3.016>ttable (1.292) with a probability value of 0.003 means smaller than 0.10 then H1 accepted, which means that innovation has a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs. The result of t test analysis for entrepreneurship knowledge variable obtained by tcount of 2,962>ttable (1,292) with probability value 0,004 means less than 0,10 then H1 accepted, which means entrepreneurial knowledge have positive effect to UMKM performance. The result of t test analysis for human resource variables obtained tcountof 5.601>ttable(1,292) with probability value of 0.000 means less than 0.10 then H1 accepted, which means human resources positively affect the performance of SMEs culinary creative industries KaranganyarDistrict. Keywords: innovation, entrepreneurship knowledge, performance of SMEs culinary creative industries   ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara inovasi dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM industri kreatif kuliner Kabupaten Karanganyar. Sampel yang diambilsejumlah 100 UMKM industrikreatifkulinerKabupatenKaranganyar. Teknik pengambilansampelmenggunakanmetodenon probability sampling denganteknikpurposive sampling. Dalammelakukan proses data, penelitianinimenggunakan program SPSS 20. Penelitianinimenggunakananalisis linear berganda. Analisisinidigunakanuntukmengujihubunganantaratigaataulebihvariabelindependendenganvariabeldependen. Hasilmenunjukkanbahwavariabelinovasi, pengetahuankewirausahaandansumberdayamanusiasecarasimultanberpengaruhpositifdansignifikanterhadapkinerja UMKM. Dari ketigavariabeltersebutdapatdinyatakansecaraparsialberpengaruhpositifdansignifikanterhadapkinerja UMKM industrikreatifkulinerKabupatenKaranganyar. Hasilpenelitianinimenunjukkanbahwanilaikoefisiendeterminasi (R2) sebesar 0,586 artinya 58,6%. Kinerja UMKM industrikreatifkulinerdapatdijelaskanolehvariabelinovasi, pengetahuankewirausahaandansumberdayamanusia. Sedangkansisanya 41,4% dipengaruhiolehvariabel lain yang tidakditelitidalampenelitianini.
