Abstract

The ability of self management owned by a teacher can make the planning and priority which must be done. The intelligence of one’s interpersonal to strengthen the relationship and tightness inter personally. Meanwhile the teacher’s has some factors, namely self management and interpersonal intelligence. The purpose between the ability of self management and teacher’s performance, intelligence of interpersonal and teacher’s performance, and the ability of self management and intelligence of interpersonal with teacher’s performance together. The method of this research uses quantitative research. This research is conducted in MI along Ampel district and Cepogo-Boyolali regency. The period of time used in this research starts in February 2016. The populations of this research are 150 teachers in MI along Ampel district and Cepogo-Boyolali regency. The samples of this research are 108 teachers who teach in MI along Ampel district and Cepogo-Boyolali regency. The sampling technique used in this research is based on probability sampling (random sampling). The collecting data technique is conducted through questionnaire and documentation method. Technical analysis of the data used is regression and correlation analysis The research findings are: 1) The low ability of self management is owned by the 13 teachers (12,04%) and average quality is owned by 72 teachers (66,67%), and teachers having high quality are 23 people (21,30%). 2) The intelligence of interpersonal categorized as low level is owned by 10 teachers (9,26%), as average level is owned by 73 teachers (67,59%) and as high level is owned by 25 teachers (23,15%). 3) Teachers’ performance in low category is owned by 14 teachers (12,96%), in average level is owned by 70 teachers (64,81%) and in high level is owned by 24 teachers (22,22%). There is relationship between self management and interpersonal intelligence with teachers’ performance in MI along Ampel district and Boyolali regency in 2016. The result of calculation by using the double product correlation (R) obtained from R Value 0,646. This result shows that R-Value is bigger than personal correlation. Then, F value is obtained as 37,718, F table with dk numerator = k and dk denominator = (n-k-l) and trust rate 95% which is obtained from F table (37,718 > 4,74), so the coefficient of double correlation found by the researcher is significant so that there is the relationship between the ability of self management and interpersonal intelligence with teacher’s performance in Islamic Senior High School (MI) along Ampel district and Cepogo- Boyolali regency in 2016.
