Abstract

Environmental issues is an old problem that happens on this earth. Nationally, the garbage problem in Indonesia to be a problem that is still unresolved. The problem originated from low public awareness of the environment, plus the act of people who are not responsible. Education, in that it has an important role as a chain breaker damage to the environment through the planting of environmentally conscious attitude to the learners. This study focused on care education program the school environment clean without cleaning service that aims to find models, program implementation, and evaluation. This study uses a qualitative method to the type of field research and ethnographic approach. The location was used as a point of this study is the first middle school unified Islamic Ummah Dynamics Bogor, with informants foundation's president, principals, teachers, administrators, a class IX and orangtuanya.pemeriksaan validity of data is done by triangulation of sources and techniques. The data analysis was done by reducing the data, displaying and verifying data. This study concludes that the supporting factors consist of internal factors, namely, curriculum, discipline-based environment, support the school component and infrastructure .. External factors, namely the support of parents and the community. As for the inhibiting factors are lazy culture that still exists on the learner and the paradigm of the public on environmental awareness education in schools. Implementation of School Education Program Environmental Care Net without Cleaning Service in secondary schools unified Islamic Ummah Dynamics begins with the preparation of program involving all teachers, followed by socializing the program to all components of the school, the technical implementation of the program should be organized and supervision is carried out continuously. Environmental Care Education Model School Clean without cleaning service is done holistically by linking the entire program in the schools by considering enabling and inhibiting factors. Some things to consider in implementing this program are as follows: curriculum-based environment, habituation-based education, improving the quality of the school environment, support systems that are environmentally friendly, environmentally sound school management. The implementation can be done in two strategic steps, namely: through habituation and good organization. Keywords: Educational care for the environment, schools are clean, Cleaning Service
