Abstract

ABSTRAK Poppy Nurhayati, Agustus 2017, Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Pengembangan Sikap Inklusif di SMA Negeri 1 Wonogiri Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Latar Belakang Penelitian ini berawal dari munculnya masalah terkait konflik yang berawal dari perbedaan . Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sangat sentral dalam pembelajaran yang inklusif. SMA Negeri 1 Wonogiri merupakan sekolah yang menjadi kiblat praktik pendidikan bagi seluruh sekolah di kabupaten Wonogiri. Dengan ini SMA Negeri 1 Wonogiri menjadi percontohan bagaimana Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengembangkan sikap inklusif siswa, dan apa faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pengembangan sikap inklusif di SMA Negeri 1 Wonogiri. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, tempat di SMA Negeri 1 Wonogiri pada bulan Maret- Juli 2017, dengan subyek penelitian Guru PAI dan informan Kepala Sekolah, Guru BK, dan Siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui menelaah seluruh data yang tersedia dari berbagai sumber seperti wawancara, pengamatan, dokumentasi, dan dilanjutkan dengan mengadakan analisis data yaitu dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyebab kecenderungan siswa bersikap ekslusif akibat pemberian paham agama oleh keluarga yang radikal tanpa dibarengi nilai-nilai keinklusiftas dan toleransi. Peran Guru PAI dalam pengembangan sikap inkluisf terbagi menjadi dua yaitu peran dalam kegiatan pembelajaran PAI, yang kedua peran dalam kegiatan non pembelajaran dengan pemberian nasehat, suri teladan, contoh pergaulan, kajian keagamaan, dan sebagai konselor. Faktor penghambat dalam pengembangan sikap inklusif di SMA Negeri 1 Wonogiri yaitu faktor internal, sulitnya siswa untuk menerima kritik dan saran, dan faktor eksternal, lingkungan yang acuh terhadap masalah yang dihadapi siswa. Faktor pendukung dalam pengembangan sikap inklusif yaitu adanya kerjasama dengan warga sekolah termasuk para guru dalam mengembangkan sikap inklusif, dukungan dari kepala sekolah, dan sifat anak yang dewasa. Background This study originated from the emergence of conflict-related problems that originated from differences. The role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers is central in inclusive learning. SMA Negeri 1 Wonogiri is a school that became the mecca of education practice for all schools in Wonogiri district. With this SMA Negeri 1 Wonogiri to be a pilot how the role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in developing students inclusive attitude, and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study aims to describe the role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in the development of inclusive attitude in SMA Negeri 1 Wonogiri. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research, place at SMA Negeri 1 Wonogiri in March-July 2017, with research subject of PAI Teachers and Principal Informants, BK Teachers, and Students. The data collected using observation method, interview, and documentation. The validity of the data is obtained through reviewing all available data from various sources such as interviews, observation, documentation, and continued by conducting data analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on this research indicates that the cause of the tendency of students to be exclusive due to the radical understanding of religion by the family without accompanied by the values of keinclusiftas and tolerance. The role of PAI Teachers in developing inclusiveness is divided into two: role in learning activities of PAI, both roles in non-learning activities by giving advice, role model, social examples, religious studies, and as counselors. Inhibiting factors in the development of inclusive attitude in SMA Negeri 1 Wonogiri are internal factors, the difficulty of students to accept criticism and suggestions, and external factors, the environment is indifferent to the problems faced by students. Supporting factors in the development of inclusive attitudes include collaboration with school members including teachers in developing inclusive attitudes, support from the principal, and the nature of adult children.
