Abstract

ABSTRACT Paidi, (12.403.1.071) Implementation of Quality Control of Islamic Religious Education Learning In class accelerated By Headmaster. (Case Study On Students Class VIII Semester SMPN1 Karanganyar Karanganyar Learning Year 2013/2014). Thesis: Management Studies Program Islamic Education Supervisor concentration, IAIN Surakarta, July 2014. Implementation of the quality of learning of teachers and the media has not been approach in accordance with the characteristics of learners acceleration. In addition, teachers are still applying conventional learning. Therefore, the principal as instructional quality control supervisor has a very important role in encouraging teachers to increase professionalism in teaching. This study aims (1) To determine the implementation of quality control PAI learning in eighth grade acceleration SMP Negeri 1 Karanganyar. (2) To identify factors inhibiting the implementation of quality control in the PAI learning SMPN1 Karanganyar. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Setting this research is SMP Negeri 1 Karanganyar. The subject of this research is the principal and teacher subjects PAI SMPN1 Karanganyar. Informants of this study is the principal, teachers and subject teachers PAI general. Data collection using observation, interview and documentation. As for testing the validity of the data in this study by means of triangulation of sources and methods. Analysis of the data using an interactive model of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that (1) The quality of learning that teachers do in class VIII PAI acceleration is almost the same as the implementation of learning in the regular classroom PAI, the only difference lies in the allocation of time. (2) Factors inhibiting the implementation of quality control in the classroom learning PAI acceleration is in formulating indicators, teachers do not formulate its own lesson plan but rather use an existing CSPs.
